MePlease in Top 5 of UK Vodafone Mobile Clicks – Dragon’s Den Style

At MePlease we are incredibly pleased to be through to the final 5 of the UK Vodafone Mobile Clicks start-ups!

Already known as the biggest start-up competition of its kind, this year’s Vodafone Mobile Clicks is open to seven markets. Any start-up in Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Republic of Ireland, Spain, Turkey or the United Kingdom that has a mobile site, service or application can compete for the €225,000 prize fund. To get to this stage MePlease has had to show expertise in the following areas-

  1. Originality, creativity and innovativeness
  2. Technical and operational feasibility
  3. Economic and financial viability
  4. Value to end-users
  5. The quality of the management team (e.g. their experience, knowledge, skills, relationships)

We have developed an innovative social sharing platform for socialcasting from any device.

At the heart of our platform are ‘smart’ links that can replace any normal ‘http’ link and that connects campaigns to our Socialcasting platform. Socialcasting links can be plugged into any marketing campaign in the digital or real world, including Facebook posts, QR codes, tweets, emails, texts and online ads to connect seamlessly with social media channels on any device. Every MePlease link can be tracked from the first click, through to all sharing activity and redemption. Our Socialcasting platform works on 6,000 mobiles, tablets as well as desktops so brands don’t miss out on reaching the 60%+ who are using their mobiles to connect with social media.

This Wednesday we are presenting ‘Dragons Den’ style, to six top Mobile experts.

Bring on Wednesday!!  Send us positive thoughts!
