This Wednesday morning (14/3), Starbucks UK is giving away free lattes in all their stores ALL across the UK to celebrate the introduction of their NEW British latte recipe.

Starbucks is a leader of innovating in and integrating social media, mobile, and rewards. With their new personalisation technique of adding names to cups (not really new in the States but is for the UK) and improving the taste of coffee for the British palate, they are taking their loyalty tactics to the next level.
